As we slide into a house price crash - are there any positives??
well yes:
1. correct over valued assets
2. create affordable housing
3. reduce debt levels for new buyers
4. keep inflation low
but for me personally there is a HUGE benefit that has not yet been mentioned
5. when i go to dinner parties people don't talk about how much they have made on the value of their house.
Priceless.
